Is China suitable for every project?+
Not necessarily. We first understand your needs, budget and desired finish, then discuss options from China and the local market to identify what suits your project.
Is the initial assessment free?+
Yes. The initial consultation and project assessment are free, including understanding your needs and assessing whether purchasing from China makes sense.
When is the WhatsApp group created?+
Once you decide to proceed with sourcing from China, we create a private group with our Oman and China teams to coordinate your trip and purchases.
Who chooses the factory and sets product prices?+
You choose the factory and products, and agree the price, specifications and order details directly with the factory. We help you compare options, communicate and translate.
Can I visit several factories?+
Yes. We aim to provide three or more factory options for each category so you can compare quality, price, design and specifications.
Do you arrange hotels and transport?+
We help with hotel bookings and itinerary planning, and coordinate airport pickup, factory transfers within the itinerary and departure. Arrangements are clarified within the agreed service scope.
What if I want to change my order?+
Agree changes directly with the factory. Once approved, send us an updated copy of the order so we can coordinate using the current details.
Do you coordinate shipping to Oman?+
We coordinate consolidation from different factories, container preparation and loading, shipping, documents and related procedures through arrival in Oman, within the agreed scope.
What does the 5% service fee include?+
The service fee is 5% of the total purchase value. It covers pre-trip planning, coordination and accompaniment in China, and production, consolidation and shipping coordination within the agreed scope. See the Service fee page for the full list.
Are measurements and installation included in the 5% fee?+
Measurements and installation are arranged directly between you and the specialist. Smart Tracks supervision can be provided as an additional service with a separate fee agreed in advance.
How do I contact a measurement specialist or installer?+
We provide contact details for recommended specialists. Communication, agreement, price and execution are directly between you and the specialist. We recommend that you or your representative attend the measurement visit.
